We do not accept flex (the $75 that commuters get every semester) as a form of payment. We do accept All Card Dollars, however!

Do you have a certain type of discount?
We currently have faculty/staff 10% discounts on most items and that is all. We do not have student discounts.
When will you get a certain item back in stock?
Chances are, we don't know either. We don't order things for the bookstore; our suppliers just send them to us.
This item was cheaper online. Why is this more expensive in person?
Our online sales are online only and do not carry over into the store. Similarly, most of our in-store sales are in person only.
What are your store hours?
Please check either online at shopnku.com or on our socials. Google often doesn't update with our hours that change over breaks.
